Reservation Conditions and Policies

We're Smoke Free:
The well-being and comfort of all guests s important to us, therefore we have a non-smoking policy that applies to the interior of the villa and the cottage. We encourage our smoking guests to share the aromas of their fine tobacco with the great outdoors while they relax in the garden or on their private verandah.

We regret that Grampian Villa is unsuitable for children under the age of twelve years.

Deposit:
25% of the total tariff.
Important Note:
Your Accommodation Booking Request is not valid unless secured by a credit card that can cover the booking deposit. Note we do not charge the deposit to your credit card unless our cancellation policy needs to be applied.

Cancellation Policy:
Grampian Villa & Cottage is a small B&B and cancellations affect us greatly. A current credit card number with expiry date is required to confirm a reservation.

In the event of cancellation we reserve the right to recover:
a) the deposit or 25% of quoted tariff if cancelled within 30 days of reservation date, or
b) 100% of the total of the booking if cancellation occurs within 14 days of reservation date.

Naturally we will endeavour to re-book the space and if successful a refund will be made. In any event we strongly recommend guests take out travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans. We trust you'll understand that as a small business we are unable to carry losses on behalf of guests that should have been covered by a good travel insurance policy.

Grampian Villa and Grampian Cottage are available for private family or corporate gatherings. Please inquire.

All tariffs are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include 12.5% government Goods and Service Tax.
